Why are you manually running this configure-script?

This is not the toplevel configure script and requires special
configuration options, which are passed down to it from the toplevel
configure script.

So, unless you know what you are doing, you are not supposed to run this
explictly - It doen't give any sense.

Run the toplevel configure script instead.
