Search RTEMS documentation and mail list archives

The RTEMS documentation and mail list archives can now be searched
at the OARcorp.com web site.  The open source tool Ht://Dig enabled
us to provide the search capability.  See these pages:

When using Internet Explorer to view the mail list archives, the page 
doesn't
appear exactly as it should.  We will remedy this as soon as time permits.
Netscape browsers don't appear to have this problem.  If you see any other
errors, please let me know.
