[PATCH] Forwarding of UDP broadcasts

Since we used heavily patched libnetworking in our work , i can't test 
my patches with original source code. As I said you need to merge code 
surrounded with FORWARD_PROTOCOL #define's into current. I already did 
it (merge) at the url I've posted before, but again - I can't test it.
