floating point emulation for i386 bsp on RTEMS 4.0

I am using the later snapshots, which uses the pc386dx bsp as the one
with floating point emulation (which works great)
I suspect that for 4.0 you would go to the pc386.cfg file and add
CPU_CFLAGS = -msoft-float -mno-fp-ret-in-387
Then rebuild RTEMS.
I'm sure that someone who uses 4.0 could confirm or correct this
