libraries defining tty_drv.h interface

Can anybody let me know which of the libraries inside RTEMS defines the
tty_drv.h interface.

The file is located in the path:
/rtems-4.5.0-beta3/c/src/lib/libbsp/i386/shared/comm/tty_drv.h

I'm trying to get microwindows to work with rtems and rtems_init.c (rtems
init file for microwindows) uses funtions inside this header file.
