Intel EtherExpress (8255x) driver?

Has anyone got the FreeBSD network driver for the Intel 8255[789] (Intel 
EtherExpress Pro/100B PCI Fast Ethernet) working with RTEMS?  I've got a 
PC-104 card with one of these devices and it would certainly save a lot 
of time if I didn't have to port the driver myself.
