Request for Help Closing PRs

Hi,

Please take a look at the list of open PRs and see if there is
one you feel like taking on. Many are simple enhancement requests.
For example, 

  + PR85 is to update README.configure and c/TESTED
  + PR31 requires moving a .h file to a place where it
    can "legally" be shared by the mvme162 and 167 BSPs
    without reaching up and over which is frowned upon.

PR195 is one which a PowerPC expert could help settle.
There is confusion in the RTEMS source over which ABI
is actually used.  The powerpc-rtems toolset is
SYSV4 not EABI and this is not reflected.
