instalations problems

I am trying to install the RPM from the RPM 4.5.0
i386-rtems-gcc-gcc2.95.2newlib1.8.2-7.i386.rpm
and I am getting this error,
error: unpacking of archive failed on file 
/opt/rtems/bin/sh-rtems-gcc;3cf7642f: cpio: MD5 sum mismatch


I have tryed to install it from the CD and also I have downloaded that 
specific RPM from rtems web page. I get thes same error in both cases.

Is there any solution or I must compile rtems.
