TAO version for rtems

Joel,

There where obviously serious problems with include files,
so I will check that I have the RTEMS_MAKEFILE_PATH set
and try again.

I built with pre-releases so anything you are noting now 
would be setup issues or regressions.  What is failing?  

You have to have a BSP installed and RTEMS_MAKEFILE_PATH 
set to point to that BSP.  Otherwise, it won't be able to 
find the right settings for CC, CFLAGS, etc.  The ACE/TAO
RTEMS configuration files depend on the RTEMS application
Makefiles to obtain information.
