RTEMS Development using Redhat 7.2 or 7.3???

Yeah, rpms can make this a little troublesome.  I've often used rpm by
hand with --nodeps and/or --force to make RedHat Just Do It.  You
might try compiling ddd from source as its pretty straightforward and
shouldn't present too much trouble on 6.2
