CONFIGURE_MAXIMUM_DRIVERS

I converted from ss-20020301 to a newer shapshot (20021007) recently.

It broke my application which was configured with the automatic/default
CONFIGURE_MAXIMUM_DRIVERS.

This used to be 10, thus allowing for some dynamically registered 
drivers in addition to the number of fixed driver table entries but was
redefined to equal the latter - IMHO not a good change.
