i am unable to find the tty structure

Hai all,
I am using rtems 4.5. I was looking into the ppp_tty.c
file in libnetworking/ppp_tty.c. Here the function
pppopen,pppread,pppclose etc. using the struct tty.
But i am not to find this structure in the rtems
sources.
can anyone help me to find out this.
Also if anyone has a sample network program using ppp.
can u send me.
