working CD image

Hi,

ftp://ftp.oarcorp.com/pub/cd-working is the staging directory
for a CD image (I hope) based upon the current versions of 
all tools, documentation, and contributed components.

Please make comments and provide feedback.  Hopefully this
can become an ISO image.
