Does RTEMS support ARM series microprocessor ?

Yes in post 4.5 snapshots.

Take a peek at the stuff in ftp://ftp.oarcorp.com/pub/rtems/cd-working
which has the current RTEMS version along with prebuild arm-rtems 
tool RPMs.
