You don't cross streets at daytime ? ;)
You are overly cautious. 90% of these warnings are harmless and are
caused by gcc-3.2 having changed some headers (the mem*, str* warnings)
and its internal coding conventions and not all sources having been
adapted to gcc-3.2 demands.

Well, RTEMS is an OpenSource project, so contribute to it, fix them,
submit patches etc.
