build rtems

I *think* you either haven't buillt the necessary tools yet (ie
rtems-binutilities, rtems-gcc, etc)
or they are not present within your PATH.

Can anyone help me on this, i'm lost.
I got these messages while building the rtems4.5.0 using the bit script.

What could be wrong?
