4.6.0pre2 and docs released

What's the best (preferred) way to download the cd-working image?  I don't 
need the cygwin, linux_x86, or solaris files.  I only need the source.  I 
don't want to waste the bandwidth to grab everything when I only need a 
small part of the files.
