development on mac os x

Building does work on Mac OSX.

For RTEMS and the tools see Eric's script:

For GDB substitue Apples's config.sub and config.guess as decsribed in:
http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Porting/Conceptual/PortingUnix/compiling/
You'll have to fix multi-line string constants (I have a patch file for
the ones I changed and also a build script based on Eric's script).
