Connection Problems with PPPD

Hello Community..

I have a RTEMS System 4.6pre4 with an ethernet-interface and a
modem-interface.
My problem is, when I have a pppd connection, the ethernet-interface brings
timeouts.
The ethernet driver is cs8900 and I use it an a PowerPC565 Board.

Any ideas for the reason ?
