Thread switching stops after a while

Hi community

I have rtems 4.6.0pre5 (patched from pre4 to pre5 ) that stops the
multithreading after a while, typically 5 hours. The application is nearly
the same as on rtems 4.50 running that works. One indication is that the
clock stops at the same time. has anybody other any experience with this
effect?
Any help or tip to find the error ?
