looking for 1 line patch

Hi,

Someone recently submitted a small patch to (I think) termios 
to free the right memory on an error.  I can't seem to find it.

Could someone point me back at it?  Or better yet, file it 
with GNATS (http://www.oarcorp.com/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl 
using guest/guest).
