any one have a config for ...

would any of you happen to have an example of code for 
configuration/setup for a PowerPC 8245 with dynamic RAM?  
A friend has one that lasts about 200 millisec and 
crashes before it gets any RAM initialized and the
debugger cant work too well with that (but it will
run out of flash for a brief time).  
Any hints and/or clues?  He's using the Gnu tools
under cygwin.
