i386 GDB Thread Commands

Some of the serial stubs included with RTEMS support the thread aware
stuff
in the gdb remote debugging protocol.  I thought the i386 was the first
one to do that.  

Anyway, here is a script I posted back in December that will dump the
RTEMS threads regardless of the debugger interface used.
