IDE driver functions for MBX8xx and i386 in progress

Hello,

since some questions came up concerning IDE 
drivers for the FAT filesystem: I have decided to 
implement the low-level part of IDE drivers 
(below "ata.c" from Eugeny) for the MBX8xx BSP 
(PCMCIA and conventional IDE interface) and for 
the pc386 BSP. I hope it will be available in 2-3 
weeks.
