MVME167

Has anyone got a version of the MVME167 linker commands, configuration
files, console driver, etc. that allows the RTEMS image to be downloaded
and run by the vxWorks bootstrap PROMS?  The MVME167s here at the APS
are equipped with the vxWorks PROMs and not the 167-BUG PROMs. 
I'd like to be able to try some RTEMS/EPICS stuff but at the moment I
can't even get 'hello world' to appear.
