Memory checking/bounds etc.

Hi,
 Is there any way I can do memory checking in RTEMS. I am using MPC 8260.
Something like checking if writing in unallocated memory, freeing unallocated memory, array bounds, setting watchpoints etc.
Is there any software available or any inbuilt feature I can  use.
