DOSFS bug fixes, IDE drivers and sample released

Hello,

today I have finally released my patches to the DOSFS to fix 
various small bugs, a sample/benchmark application 
(tests/sample/fileio) to test the DOSFS functionality and 
sample IDE drivers for the PC386 and MBX8xx BSPs. They are 
filed as PR 367/368/369 in the GNATS system, see:

Eugeny, can you look through the DOSFS patches? I am quite 
confident they improve DOSFS operation, but I would be glad if 
you could check them again...
