MPC8xx library release

Hello all,

First of all apologies for abusing these list for the mpc8xx project, it
will be one of the lasts times cause i applied for a source forge
project.

But anyway i made a new version of the library that fixes some compile
problems and some minor bugs.

I didn't manage to fix the GDB patch in such a way that one could
install that it will find the library and include files in other than
standard directories.
