bdm patch for gdb 5.2?

I have no problems with the patch for the Coldfire being included and welcome 
m68k GDB binaries including BDM support, how-ever you need the driver library to 
get GDB to build and non Windows users need to build and install a kernel 
driver. So you need to build the m68k BDM package when building GDB.
