I'm trying to get network based remote debug working with the pc686
bsp and am a little fuzy on how to configure the target server. From
gdb I run

[738] i386-RTEMS-gdb
GNU gdb 5.2
Copyright 2002 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
GDB is free software, covered by the GNU General Public License, and you are

This GDB was configured as "--host=i386-unknown-freebsd4.7 --target=i386-RTEMS".
(gdb) setrpcmode sun
(gdb) setdaemontype rdbg
(gdb) target rtems 10.0.0.7
Attaching remote machine across net...

The target machine boots grub off of a floopy and can load the
application (ticker_g.exe for example) over the network, but the
application doesn't respond to gdb and starts executing. What am I
missing?

Here are the various software revisions
RTEMS ss-20030703 (from CVS) built with
    --target=i386-rtems --disable-itron --enable-rdbg
GNU gdb 5.2
GNU gcc 3.2.3
