help gdb problems

You have to have a target with capital RTEMS -- i386-RTEMS.  I don't 
think it is
prebuilt.  Also the internals of gdb have changed in some recent 
versions enough
that the rdbg patch doesn't apply anymore.  The patch is included in the 
source
RPM but not applied.  Someone needs to update it.
