I haven't tried any links, just connected to ftp.rtems.com through ftp.
Then changing directory to /pub/rtems/releases, and you should be able to
seem them.
Apparently 4.5.1 has been put into a 4.5.1-previews directory.
The pre5 is in the 4.6.0 branch.

ftp://ftp.rtems.com/pub/rtems/releases might work for you.
