OpenSSL ported?

Hi,

There is a 'generic' target also. It works fine if you replace 'gcc' by 
'm68k-rtems-gcc', 'g++' with 'm68k-rtems-g++' and so on.

You are going to need some hacking in the Makefile.in files to remove 
some targets you don't need (and can not build) like CLI tools.

I remember it took less than a day to acomplish the task, but I didn't 
use it at the end, so I don't have the final configuration I used.
