that works ... using 
LIB=; export LIB
in my shell script, RTEMS + Tests are build Ok now. 
BTW, I've also modified PATH to remove entries to M$$ like 
/cygdrive/d/Programme/Microsoft Visual Studio/Common/Tools/WinNT 
etc. However, this didn't solve the problem.
