Newbie Solaris Question...

The Solaris binaries are cross-compiled from Linux -> Solaris 8.

It is certainly possible they do no thave some magic bit set
but this procedure has worked in the past.  I have heard of no
other problems with the Solaris binaries.

<grin> Of course, that could mean that there are no Solaris users.
