gdb build instructions for 4.6.1 wrong

The gdb instructions in the 4.6.1 "Getting started with RTEMS" document  
are wrong  
(http://www.rtems.com/onlinedocs/releases/rtemsdocs-4.6.1/share/rtems/ 
html/started/started00043.html).

It says to get the patch file:
gdb-5.2-rtems-20030211.diff

but the patch files for 5.2 for that date are:

gdb-5.2-rtems-base-20030211.diff
gdb-5.2-rtems-rdbg-20030211.diff
gdb-5.2-rtems-cg-20030211.diff

I'm assuming I should apply the "base" patches, the "rdbg" patches if  
I'm using "rdbg", but I'm not sure what the "cg" patches are.
