Download helper? [was: build_alias]

I was going to grab the latest Cygwin tools (m68k target) to check on the
build_alias problem (I saw it on a machine *not* running a virus scanner),
but the download helper isn't.  I selected RTEMS 4.6.1, target m68k, Cygwin
host, tool source and C++ binaries.  No binaries available for Cygwin?  OK,
I can build from source...but the links are apparently borked:
