Network Driver CS8900 will not answer on ping's

Hi,

well, an ethernet packet usually is about 1518 bytes
long, including various headers. A 2123 byte long
"ping" will not fit into a proper ethernet packet,
so at least the big packets will not be formatted
properly (or rejected due to oversize).

Do "smaller" pings work fine?

wkr,
Thomas.
