Hi Chris,

You are right, it's a very simple problem, the initial
driver has not set the bit EMAC_CFG_UNI, which means
the EMAC doesn't receive unicast packet!

My code are mess now, and it's too simple to send a 
patch I think. Also I changed the code to support 
another PHY - DM9161. If anybody think the patch is
necessary, I'll send one.
