compiler question

Hi Ralf,
  I was using 3.2.3 binaries from the OAR site. I ran into a problem 
with that when I found that the 'strtok_r' function was not present in 
its newlib. So I tried (again from the rtems4.7 OAR site) 3.3.5, with 
the result I presented.
