GoAhead Webserver

I must have caught most of you leaving early for the weekend.  Can anyone 
tell me how and where to add the upldForm.c file so it gets correctly 
compiled and added to the RTEMS build so I can use the GoAhead 
uploader?  Has anyone already done this?
