dup and dup2 failed

When I running /c/src/tests/psxtests/psx13, this test
show :

Testing umask().......... Success.
Testing utime().......... Success.

Testing fpathconf()...... Success.

*** END OF TEST POSIX13 ***

I use rtems-4.6.0pre4, with bsp based upon mcf5206elite.

Does anyone have an idea ?
