Porting to new BSP

Hi everyone,
What variable should be set, during build configuration, to use BSP
sources outside of the RTEMS source tree. I want to develop a new BSP
for RTEMS that targets our product board but I don't want to polute the
RTEMS sources. I still want to be able to use "--enable-rtemsbsp" and
all the other configurations options.
