Trouble when using the ramdisk device driver. System hangs on startup.

Hello.

Can somebody give me some step by step intructions what needs to be
initialized if I want to use the ramdisk driver. My program hangs at the
context swich in boot_card() after everything seems to be fine (ramdisk init
works ok). When removing the RAMDISK_DRIVER_TABLE_ENTRY the program starts
fine.

I am using a sparc with target ERC32. Using TSIM with ddd as simulator. I
have modified the fileio sample by removing IDE and ATA and adding RAMDISK.
