Nothing new. All I did is to extract the RTEMS core patches
from the rtems-4.6.1-4.6.2.diff file and apply them to Jiri's
modified rtems-4.6.1-gr4 Leon RCC sources.
(I need the PR 692/rtems fix for my application)

There are some changes to the Leon BSP's to support the new
Leon3 processor. Jiri wrote:
