Well that's not me... I have some hints.

   + Do you have any cookies from the site.

The project is at phpwiki.sourceforge.net and if anyone
gets any ideas about how to fix things, I will be happy
to do it.  My current plan is to watch their list, take
their hints, and update to the next "dot" release.

I just sent an email with a list of this and other
problems we have seen.
