RTEMS 4.6.2 BSP support

4.6.2 is supposed to be a bug fix release. I.e. it is supposed to
contain no feature additions nor new BSPs.

If you want to try these new BSPs, get yourself RTEMS from CVS or wait
for the next snapshot (scheduled to be released in not too distant
future, but any estimate on an ETA would not be serious).
