BSPs for Potential Deprecation

I have been trying to do that with the Wiki.  See

 From there each BSP entry would have to state if it is deprecated
or not and what was the last release it appeared in.

There haven't been a lot of deprecated BSPs in the history of RTEMS
which is why I am trying to do more between 4.6 and 4.7.  15 years is
a long time for dust to build up.  The first user submitted BSP
was received over 10 years ago.
