MVME5500 PCI code update testing this weekend

This weekend I'll verify that the new MVME5500 PCI code works across 
the PMCSPAN and make any needed fixes.  If anyone else has been looking 
at this code, please try to get the changes back to Kate before 
Saturday April 9 morning EDT so that I can look at the latest and 
greatest.

Kate, I'll get the code from your website (or whatever new place you 
say to get it from) tomorrow around 7:00AM.
