I had to work over the weekend and I'm not sure when I'll get to it.

The changes to support the PMCSPAN are to recognize the DEC bridge 
chip, map in the PCI memory assigned to the PMCSPAN memory in using 
BAT5 similar to the other mappings, and count the PCI busses properly.  
I'll send those diffs relative to what I changed.
